Our holiday was coming to an end and it was the first day of rain, it was easy to have "heads down" but I was glad that I noticed this image - especially as the NYPD vehicle was in the perfect position. I knew there wasn't enough time for me to get out my big camera so my phone came in handy to capture the image that otherwise wouldn't have been as good.
