We're already accustomed to lights being about everywhere we go, but we truly take the beauty out of it at times. Maybe If we used a better pair of eyes we could see them in a new light. When dragging out the luminosity in light I didn't need to be precise, no precision is needed nor a steady hand for it, just the eye for it. A pair of sights composed of streetlights and the night sky, elongated headlights to conform a light manipulated long exposure photograph.
