Reflections on water are never mere distortions; they are acts of re-creation. In this series, the surface of the harbor becomes a moving canvas where color, form, and chance converge into new ontologies of vision. The camera does not document objects but receives their dissolution: figures dissolve into specters, architecture liquefies into calligraphic lines, and color vibrates beyond its material origin. This process resonates with contemporary philosophy, where reality is understood not as fixed substance but as flow, becoming, and relational appearance. Each image stages a dialogue between presence and absence, between what is seen and what is imagined. The liquid surface suspends the certainty of form, offering instead a field of potentialities—an unstable geometry in which the viewer is invited to wander. In this instability lies the essence of abstraction: not detachment from the world, but an intensified encounter with its transient conditions. By photographing water as a reflective threshold, the series suggests that truth is never singular; it shimmers, shifts, and multiplies, much like the ripples that carry these images into being.
