My main focus is photographing the Japanese macaques that live on Mount Takasaki. Japanese macaques are omnivorous and eat a wide variety of foods. Their diet includes over 213 species of plants. Their diet changes with the seasons, and around September they can be seen dropping unripe persimmons onto the ground and eating them.
