It’s why Behind Closed Doors was a story I had to tell. Talking frankly to suburban folk, I learned about their fantasies behind their daily lives. Opening up their other worlds, and the secrets within. Fantasies. Longings. Cravings of other kinds. Quiet rebellions. Hidden rituals. And how they’re lived out — in bedrooms, basements, motel rooms, even quiet corners of the internet. I was privileged to not only hear them, but capture them for real. It was all about trust. Vulnerability, too. It’s what honest work is about.
