A series that takes us into the night, in winter, with snow., in the company of trees. This is the nocturnal world as we see it, in black and white. Watching the snow fall amazes me, and watching it fall at night makes me feel like I'm touching the divine. At night, the air that envelops us is an integral part of the landscape. It is essential. That's why this series puts it in the spotlight and makes it its common thread by showing the snow blown away by the wind... Winter nights, I feel a huge empathy for trees, they have to endure the cold wind and the weight of the snow. They suffer stoically while waiting for spring. By spending the nights with them, it's like I'm becoming tree. And this is what I want to share with you : the bite of the cold, the wind that blows away, and sometimes the softness of the snow. This series is an extension of my work on the night. I campaign for the protection of darkness, which is necessary for our health, for animals, for trees, to be able to see the starry sky. This series seeks to encourage people to go out at night, we need it to live in the moment, to feel the sublime around us. It's important.
