Across the boundless land of Etosha National Park, they wander alone quietly with dignity, under the burning sun and dry winds. Their solitary presence speaks of both the loneliness and the nobility of life in this vast wilderness. This series captures the moment when my eyes met those of a single animal I encountered in Etosha. In their gaze dwell the many emotions of the wild. Some look back with calm curiosity, as if accustomed to the presence of humans, while others fix their sharp, wary eyes upon me with unyielding tension. Within these brief exchanges of gaze, the subtle tension and resonance between human and nature are revealed. Through this silent dialogue, Etoshan Nomad invites reflection on the quiet strength of creatures who choose life even in solitude, and reminds us of the fragility and fleeting nature of human existence.
