This swan was preening and creating beautiful shaped with her wings. I managed to capture this one with her peeking under her wing while her feathers created a gorgeous side profile. I was really happy with the subject, but the background was underwhelming and didn't do the subject justice. It was dark and dull, but because of that when I lowered the exposure it was able to go completely black, leaving me with an image that's sole focus is the swan. I always take a long-time editing photos I know have a lot of potential and I was happy I was able to get this one right.
