Photographs were taken to promote a new nature preserve, Manyara Ranch. The preserve was positioned within the natural migration path of a variety of wildlife. The land, once owned as a ranch, was obtained and "opened" so that the wildlife could move freely again, following the seasons. The campaign was to create a connection with the wildlife in a manner that was far beyond typical "safari" imagery.
