The first look out of the window gave hope for a great sunrise: the whole sky was cloudy, only in the northeast was a cloudless strip. But little by little the clouds dissolved and the play of colors in the sky did not materialize. In between I also had to struggle with gusts of wind that rippled the surface of the water. But then the first rays of sun fell on the Lómagnúpur and there was a wonderful contrast between the reddish stone and the green moss at the foot of the mountain
