It is a great tratition in the canton of Valais, the cow fight. The cow bread is called "Eringer Cow". This cow lives in the steep hills of the Swiss Alps. A number of these cow fight select the winner "The "Queen" (La Reine). La Reine is basically the leader on the alp. These fight events attracts thousends of people and the come also from outside of Switzerland.
