At 3:39 in the morning, while most people are sleeping or partying at nightclubs, the newspaper delivery driver is hard at work marking and sorting newspapers for delivery. The neon lights and shadows of the city accentuate his distinctive lifestyle. Despite the significant decrease in newspaper circulation in Taiwan, he remains dedicated to his goal of delivering the papers before his customers start their day, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
