Miley Cyrus was seen outside Radio City Music Hall after filming upfronts. Streets were blocked off for her private driver to pick her up out back on the curb. Paparazzi gathered shouting for her on one side and fans on the other. She quickly ducked into the car waiting for her and was whisked off into the city.
