This is a very popular tree in parkland in Kerikeri, a small town in the North of New Zealand. It is affectionately known as 'the family tree' as so many families have sat in the many limbs. I placed my camera, looking vertically up, in the centre of the crown of branches, and made use of a very wide angle (full frame) lens which almost takes horizon to horizon - without distortion. I was able to cover the whole sky by shooting at 0, 45, 90 and 135 degrees.
