The Black Rhino is an endangered species on the Red List of the IUCN. Unfortunately it has been over-poached due to human greed and demand. I wanted to document these beautiful animals to show the world that they need to be in the wild and not in quack medications and more. This frame was made in Etosha, Namibia sometime past midnight when the Rhino had come to drink water from the water-body right outside the lodge I was staying at. The lines you see on the body are the reflections of the ripples it made as it waded into the water which in turn reflects back into the water. The reason you see it is because of the light that bounced off the animal when I was photographing it.
