I am a visually impaired individual with glaucoma, almost completely blind in my left eye. My right eye is also affected, losing about 30% of my vision. I experience symptoms like distorted depth perception and hallucinations, where distant objects appear close or non-existent ones materialize. I'm sensitive to light, and it constantly alters the colors around me, making it challenging to perceive. Using multiple exposures, I've captured these everyday scenes. Glaucoma's impact on vision varies, but optic nerve damage has transported me to a different world. These images were taken with a camera featuring a retinal projection viewfinder, allowing me to experience seeing and capturing for the first time.
