If God Is A Circle, Man Is One Too

I lift my eyes to the sky to find a building that stretches, that reaches as if it is trying to touch the heavens. I reach too, a tacit understanding filling the space between us. A symbol for those who hope, those who dream, those who allow for faith to take them through the storm to that rainbow washed place beyond the sky. The sacred realm, the realm beyond reason and illusion, the realm of oneness from whence all things came and shall return. What have we to fear if we live in love? For in love we are invincible. In love, we are not the upward gazer or the building staring down but we are the rainbow, the sky, the stars that contain the sky and the nothingness beyond the stars. We are the universe witnessing itself, infinite and boundless, a circle within a circle, and an empire within that. Let us never forget from whence we came, and let us never forget the places we can go.
