It's estimated that 194 billion disposable face masks and gloves are being used every month worldwide, according to a report in the Environmental Science and Technology journal. During the pandemic, people relied so much on masks that after the pandemic was over, we could not get rid of the shadow of masks, and harbored a few mixed feelings of attachment, fear, and respect for masks, which might be a kind of mask syndrome.
