NIGHTBIRD: A Nightbird is a person who is habitually active or wakeful at night. This is a digital photo collage. The photos were not planned or staged. Subject matter was found at various times and locations-- in tis case, the figure and background were created by combining several whole photos. The red line is an added overlay. My focus is exploration and my goal is to create images I have not seen before. There is always the surprise of discovery, the search for something unique, and the irony of making photos that may not eventually resemble photographs.
