Rainbow rock vibes

Photo captured at Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. We had no idea when we started this road trip that on the return school would be cancelled, work would go virtual, Las Vegas would empty and COVID would limit our future travels. Our trip was designed with Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park as the highlights with stops along the way. We were surprised by the incredible beauty of Valley of Fire. We arrive just in time for sunset giving the sandstone a fiery glow and even "rainbow rock vibes." We witnessed a wedding, hikers and many instagrammers capturing the beauty. As we walked along the trails we found so many great landscape captures. Rainbow rock vibes is a favorite. We hope to go back in the future and spend more time exploring the 46,000 acre park just 16 miles of Overton, Nevada.
