Piotr Skubisz

Piotr Skubisz is an internationally awarded Fine Art Photographer, specializing in intimate portraiture and the human form. His artistic standing is confirmed by distinctions such as Rank #1 Poland Fine Art Photographer (One Eyeland, 2024), a Shortlist in the Portraiture category of the Open competition at the 2025 Sony World Photography Awards, and 3rd Place (Professional) at the IPA. His collector’s edition prints are represented by Brodziak Gallery, affirming his presence within the fine art market and offering his work to discerning collectors. He graduated from The Film School in Łódź (PWSFTviT) and Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw, where he developed an interest in cultural anthropology, which strongly influences his approach to capturing the human experience. Photography for him is a continuous journey of experiencing and discovering, blending aesthetics with reflection. Recognized for his work, Piotr was also a Finalist in the prestigious 2025 LensCulture Portrait Awards and awarded Gold and Bronze medals at the PX3 2024 competition. He collaborates with individuals to create authentic, expressive portraits and fine art photography. His work explores the nuances of human emotion and cultural identity, striving to capture the essence of each portrayed subject. Currently based in Warsaw, he enjoys travelling and remains open to new challenges.
