The desert, 500 km from the California border. Nothing. Broken glass, empty bottles, wrecked caravans. Two shops, a closed pub. A church. And a photovoltaic power plant behind another fence, which the few people who may live here, or rather survive here, take care of all year round. And their children. They play soccer or go to school. Otherwise, there is nothing else to do here. One day, they will take care of those solar panels.
