This is a series of photographs I took during my trip to Egypt. Over the course of this journey, I discovered more than just the landscapes and historical monuments—I discovered moments of connection and human warmth in everyday life. I learned how to say “Can I take your photo?” in Egyptian Arabic, which allowed me to engage with people in a more personal and respectful way. From children flashing hearts to locals greeting me with curiosity and smiles, these small interactions became the heart of my series. Each image captures fleeting gestures, candid expressions, and the subtle poetry of daily life on the streets. Through these photographs, I aimed to highlight the beauty in ordinary moments, the richness of human connection, and the quiet yet profound ways people leave an impression on one another—even in a bustling, chaotic city. This work reflects my fascination with observation, empathy, and the universality of simple acts of kindness.
