A long exposure image of a popular breakwater in Victoria, BC, Canada. Inspired by the surreal characteristics achieved by long exposure photography in low light conditions, I was able to use a heavy rain storm in the background to give hints of a deeper scene while keeping a minimalist image. I break up the minimalism by using the breakwater as a leading line into the images subject - the lighthouse. Everyone loves a lighthouse.
