PAPERCUT

Semi-transparent material and a distance between us may distort the perspective we have upon each other these days - and beauty shall remain. PAPERCUT has been shot during first lockdown in Germany, consequently there has been a great distance and transparent material between the model and the photographer. Also, due to the lack of being able to pull clothes, every item of clothing has been a cut-out of fashion magazines or has been projected upon the model in one way or the other. In doing that we found that we wanted it to be a homage to fashion as such. The paper cut-outs include fashion designers such as Jil Sander, Yohji Yamamoto, Versace and Jean Paul Gaultier.
