Papa Cristo is a very well known institution in the world of greek food in Los Angeles, California. He may be small in stature but his heart and laughter is grand! When I went to seek an audience from him in the back of his establishment my instinct was to drop to one knee with my wide angle lens to capture his wonderful spirit with welcoming arms. In doing so this was a way for me to show his bigger than life character.
