This project explores the interplay between vulnerability and strength, chaos and grace, through the intricate artistry of Ball-Jointed Dolls (BJD) combined with scaled objects to create a surreal and dreamlike narrative. Inspired by the timeless aesthetic of old master paintings and rooted in the symbolism of fine art photography, The Octopus juxtaposes delicate human fragility with his enigmatic presence —a creature that embodies both beauty and mystery.
