It was a rising full moon over Colorado’s historic Red Cliff Bridge, a cantilevered steel arch bridge. Completed in 1940, it rises approximately 200 feet over the Eagle River, and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1985. I set up my tripod, and waited for full Blue Hour, and then shot the image in HDR, with the long exposure capturing the trailing car lights. I shot the moon by itself in a separate image, and merged it into the HDR image in Photoshop. Post processing in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Luminar.
